I worked with an national health insurance providers on developing a future service proposition beyond insurance. The brief was to design an innovative service proposition in the eHealth field that adds value to customers.
I tackled the challenge in a highly collaborative fashion. The client freed up eight team leaders and subject matter experts from across the business. As the sprint lead I facilitated and guided the group towards an innovative outcome that would deliver proven value to customers. We sprinted for 15 working days stretched over five weeks. We diverged, converged, sketched, analysed, and tested concepts of increasing fidelity with a total of 32 customers and 12 internal staff.
We were able to come up with a service proposition that pushes the boundaries of insurance and that customers loved. Getting things done in weeks rather than months or even years has challenged and changed the way the client approaches innovation.
