Dr. Sebastian T. Vetter

Sebastian is the founder and main consultant of Innovate Strategy. He has over 15 years of experience in innovation and strategy consulting. His background is in organizational psychology and industrial engineering. He has worked as a university researcher and lecturer, as a management consultant for PwC Digital New Zealand, and as an Experience Designer for creative agencies.

Sebastian has helped transform leading organizations from all sectors in Europe, the USA and New Zealand. He focuses on facilitating innovation, designing strategies and enabling collaborative and productive working methods.
